Lance Bell is the President and CEO of POS Partners, Inc., a Future POS dealership internationally headquartered in Chicago, with sales offices in 4 states, employees in 2 countries, and clients across the United States.

Lance began his restaurant career at the young age of 16, later graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelors in Hotel & Restaurant Management. While involved in restaurant operations, he worked for TW Services, Ruby Tuesday Inc., and Outback Steakhouse, opening 13 restaurants over 5 states. In 1997, he left direct operations for the hospitality technology field, where he has been serving since.

It was in 2006 that Lance began designing healthcare and senior living point-of-sale integrations after discovering the industries to be underserved in dining technology. Most recently, Bell was selected by the international dining and entertainment company Namco Bandai Holding (TYO:7832), part of Pac-Man™ creator’s enterprise, and the nation’s largest senior living provider Brookdale Senior Living (BKD:NYSE) to lead large-scale rollouts of their customized and integrated POS solution.
