Shamim Wu joined Holiday in 2010 and is the Executive Vice President, Sales. In this capacity, she has responsibility for leading Holiday’s sales and revenue initiatives including strategy and process development.

Shamim has dedicated her career to the senior living industry. She has a solid track record of coaching teams to understand and meet the needs of seniors, proven with successive occupancy gains.

Prior to joining Holiday, Shamim held the position of Senior Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Emeritus Senior Living (NYSE: ESC) where she provided sales and marketing expertise for a subset of Emeritus’ portfolio. Previously, she held a variety of sales and marketing roles with Summerville Senior Living and Covenant Care, LLC.

Shamim serves as the co-chair of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA) Sales and Marketing Executive Roundtable. She has also been a featured contributor to the California Assisted Living Association (CALA). 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Masters of Science in Public Administration from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
